About Sarvada Sports

Built for the sports law
profession. By it.

Sarvada Sports was founded in 2010 on a single conviction: that access to high-quality, independent sports law knowledge should not depend on the size of your firm. We publish the work of the world's leading practitioners, academics, and arbitrators — and make it available to 18,000 members across 90 jurisdictions.

Our mission

The most trusted source of independent legal knowledge for the global sports community

Sarvada Sports began as a conversation between a barrister and an academic who were tired of how hard it was to find reliable, current, independent analysis of sports law. The regulatory frameworks were changing faster than the textbooks. The leading cases were buried in CAS digests. The best practitioner knowledge lived in conference presentations that disappeared after the weekend.

We built Sarvada Sports to solve that problem. Our platform indexes every significant CAS award, national court decision, and regulatory development, and pairs that case law with peer-reviewed commentary written by the practitioners and academics who understand it best.

We are editorially independent. We do not accept advertising. We do not accept sponsorship that influences our coverage. Our editorial board operates under the same standards as any peer-reviewed law journal — because that is what we are.

"The law of sport is not a footnote. It is one of the most dynamic and consequential fields in modern legal practice — and it deserves a knowledge platform that reflects that."
Editorial independence
No advertising. No sponsorship influence. Our coverage is determined by legal significance, not commercial interest.
Global reach
Sports law is international by nature. Our coverage spans 90+ jurisdictions, 24 legal disciplines, and 60+ sports.
Practitioner-led
Our authors are the barristers, solicitors, in-house counsel, and academics who argue these cases — not commentators.
Accessible by design
We price membership so that a student in Mumbai has the same access to case law as a KC in London.
